Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 November 2026
1. About These Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Atdrive Infotech Private Limited ("AtDrive"), a company registered in India (CIN U72300UP2013PTC057069) with its registered office at Plot No. 431, GF, Niti Khand-2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201010, Uttar Pradesh, India, the company that provides Donevoy ("Donevoy", "we", "us"). They cover the Donevoy app at app.donevoy.com and this website (together, the "Service").
If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation. By using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Early Access and Pricing
Donevoy is in early access and is currently free to use. During early access:
- features may change, be limited or be removed, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable;
- we may set reasonable usage limits, for example on storage or file sizes;
- we may end early access, with reasonable notice where we can.
We plan to introduce paid plans later. We will announce prices and give workspace owners reasonable notice before any fees apply. You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan, and the price and terms of that plan will be shown to you before you agree to them.
3. Your Account and Workspaces
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secure and don't share your sign-in with others. Invite team members instead.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and the roles they give them.
- Tell us promptly at support@donevoy.com if you think your account has been misused.
A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it. If you join a workspace through your employer or a client, they control that workspace and its content, and can remove you from it.
4. Your Content
- You keep ownership of the projects, tasks, comments, files and other content you put into Donevoy ("your content").
- You give us permission to host, copy, process, back up and display your content, only as needed to provide the Service to you and the members of your workspaces.
- You are responsible for your content: make sure you have the right to upload and share it and that it complies with the law.
- You can export your projects at any time. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
For personal data in your content, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us.
5. Importing From Other Services
When you import an export file from Asana or another service, you confirm that you are allowed to bring that data into Donevoy. Imports depend on the format of the file you provide, so some data may not carry over exactly; check the preview and the imported project. Your use of other services remains subject to their own terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service, or let others use it, to:
- store or share content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringes anyone's rights;
- upload malware or files intended to harm others;
- send spam, for example through mass invitations to people who didn't ask for them;
- access workspaces, projects or data you are not authorised to use;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or build a competing product from it;
- probe, overload or interfere with the Service or its security, or get around its limits;
- collect personal data unlawfully, or process sensitive personal data without a lawful basis.
We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
7. Our Rights
The Service, its software and the Donevoy name belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the Service while they apply, and no other rights. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
8. Ending Use of the Service
You can stop using Donevoy and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Unless you broke these terms, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your content first. When an account or workspace is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", including during early access. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
In particular, we do not promise that:
- the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors;
- notifications or emails will always be delivered, or delivered on time;
- imports from other services will be complete or exact;
- content will never be lost, although we back it up daily.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AtDrive, its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from or related to the Service or these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential loss, and loss of profits, revenue, business, data, content, goodwill or opportunity, even if we were told it was possible.
If a court or arbitrator nevertheless finds us liable, our total liability for all claims together is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies.
11. Your Responsibility to Us
You will defend and indemnify AtDrive, its directors and employees against any claim, demand, fine, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party or authority that arises from:
- content you or your team upload or share through the Service;
- your breach of these terms or of any law, including data protection law;
- personal data you bring into the Service without a lawful basis.
We will tell you promptly about such a claim, let you control its defence with a lawyer reasonably acceptable to us, and give you reasonable help at your cost. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our behalf without our written consent.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above, and tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
13. Governing Law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or the Service, are governed by the laws of India.
Before starting formal proceedings, either side will first try to resolve the dispute in good faith by writing to the other, and allow 30 days for that.
If it is not resolved, the dispute will be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement or, failing agreement, as the Act provides. The seat and venue of arbitration is Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the proceedings will be in English.
Subject to arbitration, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, including for interim relief. If you use the Service as a consumer, this does not take away any right that the mandatory law of your country gives you to bring a claim in your local courts.
